At Insider, I own content design across a SaaS product, from onboarding and integrations to contextual guidance, error messages, and tooltips. I built and maintain reusable content patterns and guidelines that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
I independently built an AI-assisted UX review skill connected to Figma's MCP server to audit content consistency, accessibility, design-system adherence, and component copy limits directly in design files. I also design prompts and fallback flows for AI-powered shopping and design agents, helping users make guided selections without writing their own prompts.
My work is grounded in research, behavioural data, and close partnership with Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and Support. I created an end-to-end integrations onboarding experience that reduced onboarding and integration workload by 40%, and previously helped drive a 10x revenue increase through lifecycle notification journeys at Workex.
