I'm a French operations and product professional with a master's in business and management, currently based in Tulum, Mexico.

I started my career at Carrefour as a project/product manager on own-brand products in the pet food and pet care category. I managed a portfolio of 490 products across 6 countries and launched 47 innovations in 3 years, which generated €60.4M in sales in France. I coordinated the quality, marketing, and logistics teams from development to launch. I negotiated purchase prices with suppliers. I worked with country managers to get products listed in their markets and to understand their needs, so I could develop the products they were missing. I also negotiated with category managers to secure strong shelf visibility against national brands.

I then moved to Mexico and into property management. Today I manage 60 residential units in Tulum. My work covers owner and resident communications, maintenance fee tracking and collection, occupancy analysis, maintenance follow-up, and weekly operational and photo reports for owners. I also develop new business by approaching new developments and owners to grow our portfolio.

I'm creative, action-oriented, and always looking for solutions that keep things moving. I respect processes, but I also look for ways to improve them so the work gets more efficient. For example, I've set up tracking workbooks (water consumption and leak detection, fee collection), standardized reporting, and I use AI and no-code tools to automate recurring tasks and build small internal apps. I work every day in French, Spanish, and English.

I'm looking for a remote role in operations, project management, or product. I'm not tied to a specific industry: I'm curious and love learning new subjects. When I joined the pet food and pet care category at Carrefour, I had to learn the market from scratch, and I became an expert in it. I'm ready to do the same in a new field. I'm at my best when I can bring structure, a solution-oriented mindset, clear reporting, and motivation to distributed teams and clients.

Outside work, I'm passionate about home design and interior renovation, cooking, creating apps to help my daily life and entrepreneurial projects.
