What I'm looking for
I’m educated in Social Work, with high grades in social policies and their application, supported by data analysis and production. I value mediation and community intervention, always aiming to turn insights into real outcomes.
As a Social Worker, I conducted interviews and psychosocial support, worked with groups, and monitored users and families in relation to their socioeconomic situation. I also mediated between users and public-private services and co-coordinated a service team, participating in the organization and establishment of the São Domingos de Rana Residential Unit.
In parallel, I strengthened my administrative and analytical execution through back-office and policy-focused roles. As a Moderator (2023–present), I review online content and apply policy, managing large numbers of policies while monitoring results and impacts; earlier, I coordinated the opening of the Sintra Mobile Unit, contributing to a 35% profit increase within my area of activity.
I feel quite confortable in speaking languages beyond my mother tongue, which is Portuguese. I can speak English and Spanish.
