What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity in banking, insurance, or financial operations where I can support clients, apply KYC/AML and reconciliation training, strengthen my operational experience, and contribute to accurate, professional service delivery.

I'm building my career in banking and insurance operations through client onboarding, financial transaction support, account inquiries, and portfolio management.

At Vodacom, I assist customers with account and service issues and escalate complex cases while maintaining quality standards. Previously at Movelcare, I managed customer relationships, supported claims and renewals, and helped grow the portfolio from 6 to 15 new clients weekly.

I've also supported partners and clients at Radio Entertainment and contributed to financial planning and funding proposals for social development projects at Charis Solidarity Inc. My training includes banking compliance, KYC/AML procedures, account reconciliation, and financial reporting through IFBM.
