I’m seeking a Middleware-focused leadership role where I can apply my technical expertise in TIBCO, Kafka, and Apigee API management, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation through automation, reliability, and strong team mentorship.

I’m a results-oriented Infrastructure Manager with 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing Middleware solutions across critical, high-availability environments. I focus on optimizing IT infrastructure to minimize downtime and keep business-critical systems running smoothly.

In my current role, I lead a team of 25 engineers maintaining and enhancing Middleware infrastructure. I design and manage Middleware solutions including application servers, message queues, and API gateways, while collaborating with architecture and development teams to align infrastructure requirements for new applications and upgrades.

I’m especially strong in proactive operations: I monitor system performance and capacity, resolve issues to maintain optimal availability, and implement automation and orchestration to reduce manual work in deployment and scaling. I also provide technical guidance and mentorship, strengthening a culture of continuous learning.

I bring broad Middleware and integration depth from earlier roles, including work for TIBCO, Apigee, and Kafka platforms, plus disaster recovery planning and testing. I’ve also contributed as a Tech Lead and Tibco developer/support consultant, and earlier in my career I worked in operations and analyst roles involving systems delivery and data-focused work.
