I seek a leadership role managing infrastructure and security operations where I can apply ITIL, SIEM/Splunk expertise, mentor teams, improve SLAs, and drive operational and security improvements.

I am an Infrastructure Manager with over 15 years of experience leading infrastructure management services, security operations, service delivery, and vendor management. I have managed large teams (10–45+), implemented ITIL-based processes, led SOC and SIEM efforts including Splunk Enterprise, ITSI and UBA, and delivered predictive analytics and VDI/DaaS solutions.

I drive operational efficiency through process, quality and automation, mentor teams, handle complex escalations, and manage stakeholder and vendor relationships. I hold AZ-900 and ITIL V3 certifications and have a masters-level program in project management from George Washington University, applying these to improve service levels, reduce incidents and support business continuity.
