In my current role at Policybazaar.COM, I handle verification of investment and term calls and emails for existing customers. I use strong communication and problem-solving to review policies, confirm details, and ensure accurate next steps.

I’m responsible for identifying and reporting potential mis-selling cases during policy verification. I also support customers with professional communication and issue resolution, coordinating with customers and internal teams to answer policy-related queries efficiently.

I’m comfortable working in both office and remote work environments, balancing teamwork and multitasking with prioritization and adaptability. While currently pursuing B.Com, I’m actively seeking opportunities to grow professionally in a professional, dynamic organization.
