What I'm looking for

I'm looking for cloud and enterprise support work where I can manage Azure services, identity access, incidents, and data workflows while continuing to grow in cloud operations and automation.

At Lingaro India, I provide L1 application and cloud support across enterprise projects, managing ServiceNow and Zendesk tickets within SLA. I refresh Azure Data Factory pipelines, rerun failed jobs, validate SQL and Oracle data, monitor Grafana dashboards, and document incident resolutions.

Previously at Cognizant Technology Solutions, I supported Windows and Unix servers alongside enterprise applications. I managed Microsoft Azure and Entra ID accounts, including provisioning, deprovisioning, password resets, MFA enablement, access management, and group policy updates.

I've also resolved VPN, Citrix, Outlook, and Office issues while supporting Azure cloud services and remote users.
