What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT operations or support role where I can strengthen cloud, identity management, endpoint security, and enterprise service delivery while improving user experience and operational processes.

I've supported enterprise users at Oreta, TietoEvry, Logic ERP, Avaso Technology Solutions, and Cognizant Technology Solutions, resolving hardware, software, authentication, access, connectivity, and application issues. I manage IAM operations across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint environments.

I coordinate secure onboarding and offboarding, device and license provisioning, access governance, alert monitoring, and incident resolution. I also work closely with Security, Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud Operations, field engineers, and clients to improve service delivery, maintain availability, and strengthen the end-user experience.
