What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT operations or support role where I can strengthen cloud, identity management, endpoint security, and service delivery while improving user experience and operational excellence.

I've delivered enterprise IT support at Oreta, managing end-user troubleshooting, identity and access operations, device provisioning, and operational alerts. I support secure access and service availability across hardware, software, authentication, connectivity, cloud, security, and network environments.

At TietoEvry and Logic ERP, I managed Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, IAM processes, MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Intune, endpoint provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding. I also supported Azure-hosted database environments, created technical documentation, and advised clients on product updates and best practices.

Earlier, I supported field engineers at Avaso Technology Solutions and provided first-line desktop, mobile, network, and enterprise application support at Cognizant. I'm passionate about cloud technologies, identity management, process improvement, and delivering a strong end-user experience.
