I'm looking for opportunities to support and optimize cloud and enterprise applications, strengthen IAM and security practices, resolve complex technical issues, and improve system reliability in AWS and Azure environments.

At Omnicom, formerly The Interpublic Group, I provide L2/L3 support for enterprise SaaS platforms including ManagePlus, Ziflow, Frame.io, LucidLink, Media Shuttle, Monday.com, Workfront, and Egnyte.

I manage identity and access lifecycle processes through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, configure Azure Security Groups and SCIM provisioning, and support secure SSO access. I also streamline workflows, approvals, permissions, onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews for global teams.

Previously at Tata Consultancy Services, I monitored applications and infrastructure with Dynatrace, built KPI-focused dashboards and alerts, investigated performance bottlenecks, and supported cloud monitoring across AWS and Azure environments.

Across desktop, system, and cloud support roles, I've resolved hardware, software, network, authentication, and connectivity issues while supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, Intune, VPNs, video conferencing, and end-user onboarding.
