I’m looking for a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where I can lead end-to-end, multi-country payroll—owning compliance, month-end close, and implementation work (UAT, migrations, parallel runs)—while partnering closely with HR and Finance to maintain high accuracy.

I’m a payroll professional with 8+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll management and payroll processing, covering India payroll taxes and statutory compliance as well as multi-country APAC payroll operations. I’m known for attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and handling sensitive employee data with confidentiality.

In my current role, I oversee payroll for 50,000+ employees across 10 legal entities with 98% payroll accuracy. I own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including payroll journal entry review and GL posting coordination with Finance, while supporting regulatory filings across APAC entities.

I bring hands-on experience with payroll implementation and global migrations—driving UAT, data validation, parallel runs, and go-live for new markets. I work across HR, Finance, and payroll vendors (including Papaya Global and Cloud/aggregator platforms) to improve payroll calendars, cut-offs, exception handling, and employee query resolution across time zones.
