I’m looking for global payroll operations Role including Leam Lead, Sr. Payroll specialist, Payroll Manager partnering with HR, Finance, and vendors—to deliver compliant payroll, strengthen controls, and drive process automation through SOPs, audits, and implementations.

I’m a payroll professional with 9+ years of experience managing end-to-end global payroll operations across APAC, India, Gulf, and Canada regions. I partner closely with HR, Finance, Tax, and external payroll vendors to deliver accurate, compliant payroll processing.

I’m hands-on with ADP Celergo / Global View / e-Time payroll tools, Workday, and payroll accounting activities including payroll reconciliations, journal reviews, and month-end close support. I also lead statutory compliance, stock/equity-related payroll processing, payroll controls, and stakeholder management.

In my most recent role, I manage payroll operations for India, Brazil, contractors, EOR, and remote-first workforce populations. I executed end-to-end payroll cycles, led UK and Colombia payroll implementation on the Deel platform, and developed SOPs and knowledge repositories to standardize processes.

Earlier, as a payroll SME, I managed payroll operations across Korea, China, Malaysia, Thailand, UAE, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, and supported payroll migrations across multiple EMEA countries. I’ve consistently driven improvements through UAT testing, vendor management, audits, reporting, and operational documentation.
