I’m looking for a role where I can enforce standards with precision, use my analytical mindset on real data, and improve customer experience through clear processes and careful follow-through.

I’m a detail-oriented professional with over 3 years of office-based experience across administration, customer operations, and database management. I’m fluent in three languages and I bring a strict attention to detail to everything I review and maintain.

As a Content Moderator at TELEPERFORMANCE (Aug 2022–Aug 2025), I safeguarded online communities by enforcing content policies and reviewing 500+ pieces of content daily across text, image, and video. I maintained a 98% accuracy rate and helped protect platform integrity by staying consistent, precise, and analytical.

Before that, I supported customers and operations at TELEPERFORMANCE (Aug 2020–Jul 2021), where I managed and resolved 600+ critical customer issues per month using SAP. I also collected and analyzed customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
