At Plexus Worldwide, I serve as business product owner for UKG Pro and UKG Ready, setting product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and enhancement backlogs. I also directed the migration from ADP Workforce Now to UKG Pro and Ready through go-live and stabilization.

I established HRIS governance, SOPs, and security practices at Plexus Worldwide, including a zero-trust, role-based security framework in UKG Pro. I also developed Cognos reporting and analytics frameworks and managed vendor relationships and integrations.
