I founded Tide & True Private Matchmaking in 2025 and personally manage each stage of the service, from client enquiries and consultations to introductions and ongoing support. I create tailored client and candidate profiles around relationship goals, values, lifestyle and practical compatibility.
For Tide & True, I source potential matches through discreet outreach, referrals, social media and targeted advertising. I screen candidates with questionnaires, video calls and identity checks, then assess suitability and interest before making individual introductions.
Before launching my agency, I was a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Little Ones UK Ltd, where I worked with high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth and celebrity families. I managed searches from sourcing and interviewing candidates through shortlists, feedback and contract negotiations.
My interest in bringing people together began with organising speed dating events in Australia, where I also helped match attendees. My background also includes private family and school roles, B2B sales, and training in counselling skills and children’s and young people’s mental health.
