I’m looking to lead HR and people-operations that blend strong governance with practical HR tech and HR analytics—while keeping privacy, compliance, and audit readiness embedded in day-to-day decisions.

I’m a strategic Human Resources leader and Data Protection Officer with hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle—recruitment to exit—supported by structured governance and practical compliance. As Head of Human Resources at Dragnet Solutions, I lead end-to-end HR operations, embed HR systems, and strengthen employee relations with empathy, fairness, and policy discipline.

My impact includes implementing SeamlessHR as the company HRIS, driving HR analytics to support workforce planning, and designing performance appraisal processes and SOPs to improve accountability and documentation.
