At InsureMo / eBaoTech, I lead business analysis and solution design for P&C insurance carriers and program partners using the InsureMo platform. I translate requirements into specifications and user stories, and support client workshops and UAT across multiple regions.
I designed approaches for complex partial payments and a multi-risk premium and tax solution that worked within existing platform constraints without custom development. I also designed an in-product, chat-based AI assistant using product documentation and FAQs.
Before moving into a dedicated Business Analyst role in 2023, I progressed through test engineering and test leadership roles at eBaoTech, building P&C insurance domain knowledge and taking on requirements and acceptance-criteria work. I hold IBM Business Analyst and Google Data Analytics Professional Certificates.
