Conceptualized, prototyped, and designed the Best Fit Broker Sales playbook, a customer-facing marketing and product deliverable for eHealthApp. Partnered with teams to collaborate on copywriting and creating value propositions.

Initiated customer-facing A/B experiments for MarketWatch, resulting in over 150% subscription growth. Evaluated the impact of A/B test outcomes on key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates (CVR) and engagement and retention metrics. Implemented strategies to enhance conversion rates across 14 newsletters.

Led a project for Quantcast’s ‘Q for Marketers’ to minimize the information gap prevalent due to the difference in how QC’s audience targeting algorithms work when compared to competitor self-serve demand side platforms. Prototyped and iterated on problem solutions across 4 departments utilizing Dual Track Agile Discovery process with external customers.
