What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-ready team where I can own end-to-end hiring, especially hard-to-fill tech/AI and design roles. I want to build sourcing pipelines from scratch, use hiring analytics, and partner closely with hiring managers to improve offer acceptance.

I’m a Talent Acquisition specialist with 5+ years hiring across Tech, AI, Product, Design, and Sales for high-growth companies—running end-to-end recruitment as a solo owner and within larger TA teams. I’m strongest on hard-to-fill technical and creative roles, with a steady record of high offer-acceptance and quality hires.

In my current role at Proximity Works, I’m the only recruiter and I run the entire hiring function end to end—sourcing, screening, offers, and onboarding—across engineering, AI, data science, design, and non-technical roles. I’ve closed 40 roles in 10 months, and I own the full JioHotstar account as sole recruiter, standing up every pipeline from a blank slate (18 hires to date).

I enjoy “no playbook” hiring—defining profiles, sourcing strategies, and pay benchmarks from scratch for roles like AI Media positions (Soundscaper and Visionscaper). I also lead cross-border US hiring for HR Operations and Talent Acquisition, managing international compensation expectations and interview loops across time zones (6 US roles closed).

Previously, I led full-cycle hiring for Dream11’s TPD org as a Technical Recruiter (61 roles; 4 large-scale hiring drives) and improved funnel visibility with Excel and ATS-analytics dashboards. Earlier, as a Senior Executive–Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Executive, I built structured interview processes, owned candidate experience through onboarding, and supported workforce planning with reliable ATS reporting in Keka.
