What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support, technical support, or help desk role where I can resolve end-user issues, build on my Microsoft 365 and Active Directory experience, and grow through hands-on service desk and networking work.

I've supported enterprise sales staff at Ethio Telecom and independently resolved technical issues across more than 100 laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. I troubleshoot Windows 10/11, software, drivers, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and basic network issues.

I've built hands-on labs for Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory user management, Windows Server, and osTicket service desk workflows. I'm focused on practical Tier 1 support, account management, device setup, and network configuration.
