At Adama Polytechnic College, I assisted with basic networking and network configuration activities during my IT & Networking internship. I gained practical exposure to Cisco routers, switches, and Cisco Catalyst switch configuration.

I practiced TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, and related networking concepts, and assisted with connectivity troubleshooting and basic solutions. I also gained exposure to server-based network administration, security practices, and technical documentation.

For an academic project, I designed an Inventory Management System covering product and category management, stock transactions, supplier information, tracking, audit trails, and reporting. The project drew on SQL, database management, web technology, SDLC, and systems analysis and design.

I also researched how artificial intelligence and machine learning could improve tax service delivery, compliance, data analysis, and enforcement in a smart-city environment. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and completed training in Cisco networking and Android developer fundamentals.
