What I'm looking for
I’m an ICT Support Technician with hands-on experience in end-user IT support, system troubleshooting, and basic network administration. I provide technical assistance for software, hardware, and connectivity issues, working confidently with non-technical users.
Since 2021, I’ve worked as a Freelance IT Support Technician, installing Windows and applications, resolving login and system access issues, and fixing internet and network problems. I also handle printer and peripheral setup, and support users with Microsoft Office to keep them productive.
I bring structured problem solving with first-line IT support, incident logging and tracking, and remote troubleshooting. I’m seeking an IT Support Officer role in a structured helpdesk environment where I can deliver reliable support through phone, remote tools, and clear escalation awareness.
