What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can resolve customer concerns end-to-end, keep processes accurate, and work in a fast-paced environment with clear escalation paths when issues need support.

Since August 2023, I’ve been working as a Customer Service Representative at PALMPAY in Lagos, where I identify customers’ needs, verify their data, and provide accurate information about banking products and services.

I help customers get successful resolutions to complaints by using the right methods/tools, and when issues need deeper attention, I escalate them to the right teams.

Before that, I supported library operations through roles at Lagos State University College of Medicine (LASUCOM) in Lagos—organizing shelves, maintaining cataloguing systems, and using circulation systems to check in and check out materials.

I also bring operations experience from O2g oil and gas services in Lagos, handling unloading and stocking, tracking inventory, ordering to replenish equipment levels, and guiding employees in handling escalated complaints.
