What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can use my customer service, communication, and administrative skills. I’m particularly interested in customer support, administrative support, operations, and e-commerce. I’m eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team.

At H&M CONCENTRIX, I track customer orders, process refund requests, and respond to emails and complaints. I provide personalized support and work to resolve issues quickly while following internal procedures.

As an Assistant Interpreter at WARC, I supported activities involving students from the University of Chicago in an international environment.

I founded Sakina Hair Products and developed the project from concept to implementation. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English and am completing an M2 in English at UCAD.
