I’m a bilingual insurance consultant and administrative customer support professional, focused on client relations, document management, and institutional communication. I bring a strong record of working with international clients in fast-paced environments where professionalism and clear communication matter.

In my current role as an Insurance Consultant, I assist clients in selecting tailored insurance solutions through a specialized digital platform. I also provide legal expertise in insurance law to support subscriptions and contracts, while analyzing client needs to contribute to business development using CRM tools.

Previously, I supported international travelers as a Customer Support & Client Relations Executive Assistant, managing bookings, welcoming clients, and coordinating follow-up on travel files. I also handled logistics coordination (transport, accommodation, activities) and worked with internal teams to maintain a high-quality customer experience.

I’ve strengthened my communication and discretion as a Translator/Interpreter Volunteer with WEERAFRICA, facilitating interpretation between medical staff and patients in French, English, and local languages while maintaining strict medical confidentiality. Alongside this, I completed an Administrative Management Internship supporting institutional partners through monitoring documents, office communication, and process improvement—while currently finalizing a Master in Public Law.
