I’m seeking a senior HR role at a global technology leader, leveraging HR innovation, AI-driven workforce planning, and people analytics to align people strategy with business goals.

I’m a senior Human Resources Manager with 15+ years of progressive HR experience across robotics/AI tech, multinational corporations, and financial services. I’m CIPD Level 3 certified, and I lead with a strategic, data-informed mindset—aligning people strategy tightly to organizational goals.

At a fast-scaling autonomous mobile robot startup, I architected and executed end-to-end HR strategy to support headcount growth and expansion across India and the US. I built talent acquisition programs from the ground up for niche engineering and robotics roles, and I strengthened performance management by linking individual KPIs to organizational OKRs.
