I'm currently improving Order-to-Cash operations at Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd, where I lead global HighRadius deployments, process reengineering, and automation initiatives.
Across more than 11 years in finance operations, I've supported global clients through the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including cash application, payment processing, reconciliation, controls, compliance, SLA governance, and stakeholder management.
I've built VBA-based tools to automate manual work, led regional innovation initiatives, created process flows and data mappings, and supported major system implementations and S/4HANA migration activities. My work has helped clear unapplied payment backlogs, reduce aging, and improve customer service through Lean methods.
Before my current consulting role, I progressed through Financial Accounting Analyst, Subject Matter Expert, and Process Associate roles at Accenture and Genpact. I bring practical finance and accounting knowledge, project management discipline, and a collaborative approach to solving complex business issues.
