I'm supporting LS&Co.'s enterprise-wide SAP AFS to S/4HANA migration, leading requirement workshops, translating needs into Change Requests, and preparing RICEF specifications for technical delivery.
I partner with Functional Analysts, review Functional Specification Documents, maintain Blueworks Live process flows, and support system testing through SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare. My work connects business stakeholders with functional and technical teams to keep scope, traceability, and system design aligned.
Previously at Fossil India, I led six executives managing a USD 20M collections portfolio for key America-region accounts. I drove dispute resolution, AR reporting, process improvements, and Statement of Account automation that reduced FTE requirements by one.
