At ICS, I administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune, and support cloud infrastructure, identity platforms, and endpoint technologies.
I also validate and test EV controller systems and manufacturing electronics. My work includes diagnosing board-level failures, performing repairs, and analyzing manufacturing issues for root causes.
Previously, at New York Computers Pty Ltd, I supported more than 50 client environments and 1,000 users. I administered hybrid cloud and identity systems, supported healthcare and property management platforms, and developed PowerShell automation.
