At Partner Fr8, I manage day-to-day IT for 65+ employees across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SaaS applications, Windows endpoints, and networking. I reduced onboarding setup time from roughly two hours to 15 minutes through standardized Autopilot profiles and automated configuration steps.

I administer provisioning, permissions, MFA, mailboxes, distribution groups, device compliance, and configuration policies. I also support TransportPro, RingCentral, HubSpot, BambooHR, KnowBe4, SharePoint, and other business-critical SaaS tools.

Previously at PTC, I supported thousands of Federal users and enterprise applications across secure multi-region environments. I resolved authentication, SSO/SAML, MFA, certificate, Linux, Windows, and application incidents while supporting workloads across 300+ Linux servers.

I use log analysis and root-cause investigation to troubleshoot user access and availability issues, and I automate recurring work with Bash. I value clear communication, reliable processes, and practical improvements that help IT scale with the organization.
