What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can improve the employee journey end-to-end—especially in remote, product-led environments—partnering closely with leaders to build people systems, strengthen connection, and help teams perform through every stage.

I’m a People Operations Partner who blends psychology and HR to understand how people think and work inside systems—and then translates that insight into better workplaces. I’m passionate about improving the employee journey by supporting teams through every stage: from hiring to onboarding, transitions, and offboarding.

Since July 2025, I’ve supported two remote, product-led mini-businesses at 7Graus, partnering with Product Managers on team structuring, workload planning, collaboration model changes, and team communications. I owned end-to-end talent management for these teams, including recruitment, onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding. I also led role clarification and expectation alignment processes and facilitated sensitive conversations to address performance or collaboration blockers.

From July 2022 to July 2025, I worked in Talent & People Operations at 7Graus, recruiting full-time and freelance talent across Content Production, Design, Digital Marketing, Product Management, and Tech while managing end-to-end hiring remotely across multiple time zones. I built and scaled onboarding/offboarding to improve new-hire experience and reduce ramp-up time, managed a global freelancer pool, and ran semestral feedback sessions to improve alignment, satisfaction, and retention. I’m grounded in my Master’s in Work and Organizational Psychology (2019/2021) and bring an analytical, people-first approach to everything I ship.
