What I'm looking for

I'm looking to coordinate multilingual UX content, localisation and linguistic quality for digital products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

At Trainline, I coordinated a team of 13 language specialists and partnered with Product, Engineering, Brand and Legal teams to manage multilingual web and app content workflows across international markets.

I’ve developed linguistic QA workflows, content guidelines, terminology resources and documentation to improve accuracy, consistency and tone across channels. I also worked with engineers on accessibility strings and grammar-sensitive placeholders, helping make content clear and natural in every language.

Earlier, I translated, localised and wrote Italian UI, editorial and CRM content for Trainline and Festicket, and post-edited machine-translated web content at Creative Words.
