What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can improve operational and sales processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, strengthen quality systems, and contribute to continuous improvement through documentation, analysis, training, and customer-focused execution.

At VPRO Visual Creative, I've led administrative, sales, and continuous-improvement work across internal operations, customer follow-up, and cross-functional coordination.

I redesigned the sales pitch, developed buyer personas and prospecting filters, tracked sales KPIs, and improved the sales process to align with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards. I also train and evaluate sales hires while supporting quotes, billing, production monitoring, and customer communication.

I'm currently coordinating VPRO's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, including controlled documentation, SOPs, internal audits, corrective actions, process mapping, employee training, and improvement recommendations.
