J'accompagne dirigeants, équipes et entrepreneurs à travers SOD Consulting sur leurs enjeux de stratégie, organisation, RH, RSE, QVT et développement. J'interviens comme interlocutrice unique sur ce qui permet de structurer durablement une activité, en France et en francophonie.
J'ai mené des audits organisationnels, cartographié les rôles et irritants, structuré des offres et accompagné la conduite du changement pour IML Group, TMC Luxury, TNC Luxury et Upstart. Mon parcours inclut aussi la direction opérationnelle au CROUS, avec le management participatif d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire allant jusqu'à 80 personnes.
Je relie l'imagination qui fait naître une marque à la rigueur qui la développe : RH, formation, bilans de compétences, communication, branding, e-commerce et développement commercial. Je lis une situation dans son ensemble, identifie la cause plutôt que le symptôme, puis construis un cap concret avec des étapes et indicateurs.
