I seek a role where I can lead data-driven L&D and OD initiatives, scale blended learning solutions, partner with leaders, and measure learning impact to accelerate talent and business outcomes.

I am a results-driven Learning & Development and Organizational Development professional with expertise in designing and scaling high-impact learning programs.

At Sigmoid Analytics, I led First-Time Manager training for 17+ TLs, designed onboarding for 150+ hires with 4.3+ feedback scores, and developed OD career architecture for engineering teams. My initiatives earned an Above and Beyond Award and a Q2 Spot Award for revamping onboarding and manager development.

Previously, as Assistant Manager at Sagility I drove OD interventions, delivered 110+ training hours per quarter, and coached managers to strengthen leadership competencies and performance management. Earlier roles in career counseling and psychometrics deepened my assessment and coaching capabilities, impacting students and corporate clients at scale.
