I resolve technical issues across home, auto, and education loan processes, coordinating with clients, branch hierarchy, and infrastructure teams for critical incidents. I use SQL and ticketing tools to diagnose problems, deliver remote support to branches, and ensure timely closure of support tickets.
Earlier, I worked across customer and business support in banking, including investment-related support and investor account maintenance, where I generated and analyzed reports using SQL queries. I bring a quick-learner mindset, strong work ethic, and clear communication—so I can troubleshoot effectively, escalate appropriately, and keep customer service quality high.
