I'm seeking fully remote opportunities in Banking Technology, Application Support, Operations, or MIS/Reporting.

At CANARA BANK, I support Core Banking System and technology users across approximately 9,000 bank branches. I investigate and coordinate the resolution of approximately 400–500 support tickets daily.

I use SQL to investigate application and data issues, retrieve information, and validate data during troubleshooting. I also support communication and implementation of software patches and system changes.

At CANARA BANK, I previously handled branch banking operations, customer requests, and transaction-related issues. That work gave me practical knowledge of retail banking processes and branch workflows.

Earlier, I worked as a Junior Associate at STATE BANK OF INDIA and as a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys, focusing mainly on front-end development and manual testing. I hold a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Kerala University and certifications including JAIIB and Moody's Commercial Credit Certification.
