At RBL FINSERVE LIMITED, I provide application support and manage IT operations for banking applications.

I conduct Manual LOS Testing against business requirements to check application quality and functionality, and use basic SQL queries for data retrieval and validation.

I manage server start/stop operations, support IT teams with technical issues, and conduct internal and external IT audits.

I also support basic Active Directory access requests, including password resets and account unlocks. I’m looking to apply my knowledge of testing, designing, and maintenance as a Software Engineer.
