What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can combine people analytics, talent acquisition, and Generative AI to improve hiring and retention. I want a team that values data-driven decisions, diversity, and practical HR transformation.

I’m an MBA (Human Resources) candidate at IIM Tiruchirappalli with hands-on HR internship experience across Diversity, Training & HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. I’ve supported hiring, onboarding, and compliance work while using analytics to turn feedback into actionable recommendations.

In my HR internships, I assessed gender diversity using SPSS and Power BI, benchmarked diversity practices against competitors, and updated employee records in SAP. I also sourced and screened 50+ candidates via LinkedIn and referrals, drafted JDs and offer letters, and helped improve interview conversion through structured assessment and scheduling.

Alongside HR, I bring execution depth from my role as a Digital Marketing Executive, where I ran 10+ targeted campaigns monthly and built high-converting creatives in Canva. Through projects like a “Predictive People Analytics Framework for Proactive Employee Retention” and an AI-driven L&D onboarding framework, I’m driven to apply Generative AI and analytics to improve retention, workforce planning, and responsible HR transformation.
