What I'm looking for

I aspire to grow as a thoughtful HR professional who builds inclusive and performance-driven workplaces where employees feel valued and inspired.

At CMA CGM, I supported HR Business Partnering through HR data management, workforce reporting, stakeholder coordination, and employee communication. I gained exposure to performance management, HR policies, employee relations, and employee lifecycle processes.

At A2IT Pvt. Ltd, I managed recruitment activities from resume screening and shortlisting through interview coordination and onboarding. I also gained exposure to performance management, training, documentation, and HR policies.

At Synthimed Labs Pvt Ltd, I assisted with recruitment and employee engagement, and used Microsoft Excel and Sky Net to manage attendance records and organize HR data. In my training and development project, I developed and assessed a corporate communication program using Kirkpatrick’s Model.
