I’m a proactive MBA student specializing in Human Resource Management, with hands-on experience in recruitment and employee engagement through my HR internship at IndiaMART. I bring a practical, process-oriented mindset and enjoy turning HR theory into real-world outcomes.

In my internship, I executed end-to-end recruitment workflows, including resume screening and interview scheduling for diverse roles. I evaluated 200+ resumes and directly supported the hiring of 15+ candidates within tight deadlines, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience.

I also streamlined recruitment documentation and improved process efficiency by 10% by reducing administrative delays. I facilitated panel interviews with up to 5 members and supported onboarding and HR documentation in a hybrid work environment.

I’m especially drawn to roles where I can combine HR fundamentals with analytical support—using advanced Excel reporting, data handling, and HR metrics to strengthen decision-making. I’ve also completed HR and talent acquisition job simulations (including workforce forecasting, job analysis, and employment contract law) to deepen my capability for full-cycle recruitment.
