At Focusrite and Novation, I built and maintained automated customer communications in HubSpot for a database of around 7 million users. I used workflows, personalization logic, conditional content, A/B testing, and customer analysis to improve lifecycle marketing.
I developed bi-monthly email newsletter strategy and templates that increased open rates by 12–15% and delivered similar CTR improvements. I also partnered with eStore and Web teams on Nosto-driven personalized offers, landing pages, SEO content, and BigCommerce publishing.
Before becoming a Digital Marketing Executive, I created localized onboarding journeys for Scarlett and Launchkey products and produced support-focused articles and video content. I’ve also provided direct technical support, troubleshooting software issues for product owners.
I enjoy moving between creative and technical work, from JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, HTML, and CSS to audio, game development, illustration, and tabletop game hosting.
