I’m looking for a people-focused organization where I can lead talent acquisition and HR operations end-to-end—using HR analytics, compliance, and productivity automation to improve hiring, performance, payroll accuracy, and employee experience.

I’m a Talent Acquisition and Management leader with hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning across US and India. I focus on aligning HR policies, processes, and compliance with the realities of how teams operate and grow.

At AheadOne Technologies, I led HR policies and procedures, compensation and benefits strategy, employee relations, and succession planning to build a reliable leadership pipeline. Previously, as an HR Manager at Hawkspark Technologies, I supervised recruiting, improved employer brand tactics, and tracked recruiting metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

My background includes recruitment consulting and research work, which sharpened my sourcing approach across job portals and social channels, plus interview and verification processes. I bring a builder’s mindset: I restructure processes with leadership, deliver training sessions on performance and compliance, and continuously upskill using AI tools for HR documentation, training content, and productivity.
