What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a service-focused role where I can support students, patients, clients, or teams through organized administration, scheduling, documentation, and dependable day-to-day coordination.

I currently support K–8 classrooms with Saint John’s County School District, following teacher lesson plans, facilitating engaging learning activities, and maintaining a safe, positive environment.

Previously, I worked in Medical Imaging at William Osler Hospital in Toronto, assisting patients across MRI, CT, and Ultrasound departments. I registered and updated patient records, coordinated appointments, and processed insurance claims in compliance with requirements.

My healthcare administration background also includes client service coordination at Lifemark Physiotherapy and administrative support at Physioflex Physiotherapy. I have managed scheduling, insurance verification, pre-authorizations, patient records, and day-to-day office operations.

I bring an organized, dependable, service-focused approach to managing multiple priorities and supporting others.
