Prioritized approximately 50,000–100,000 labour hours of maintenance annually across seven warships and the Victoria-class submarine program. Redesigned maintenance planning processes using 5–10 years of preventive and corrective maintenance data, improving work definition, SAP DRMIS controls, and inspection rigor.
