What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer care role serving the Italian market, where deep crypto product understanding and patient, jargon-free communication matter more than a script.

I founded Crypt-on, an Italian crypto education academy, where I built courses and guided first-time investors through wallets, exchanges, custody, security, CeFi, and DeFi.

Through one-to-one consulting and active crypto trading, I've developed practical knowledge of exchange platforms, KYC friction, failed transfers, fees, order types, funding flows, and account security. I also monitor MiCAR, DORA, emerging DeFi protocols, and market developments daily.

For nine years at Fermento / Tip Tap, I handled high volumes of face-to-face customer interactions, de-escalated complaints, resolved disputes, and trained staff as a floor manager.

I'm looking to bring deep crypto product knowledge and jargon-free Italian customer care to a team serving the Italian market.
