What I'm looking for

I seek roles combining team leadership and hands‑on IT work, with opportunities to grow in e‑commerce, digital marketing, and international experience.

I am an enterprising IT specialist from Calabria with hands‑on experience in call center operations, team leadership, and technical repair. I combine practical technical skills with sales and digital marketing experience to deliver measurable results.

From 2020 to 2025 I worked as a call center agent and Team Leader supporting Enel X, handling inbound/outbound electricity and gas sales and coaching teams for performance. Earlier roles included IT and multimedia services, hardware and software repair, and running a commercial activity selling computers and phones.

I have built skills in e‑commerce, dropshipping, cryptocurrency trading, social media marketing, website creation, and content editing using tools such as Photoshop and Sony Vegas. I completed an IT school certification in Computer Science and participated in school‑work training and online courses to deepen my marketing and crypto knowledge.

I bring tenacity, problem‑solving, and a strong desire to grow professionally both inside and outside Italy, seeking roles that leverage my technical repairs, team management, and digital business development experience.
