I’m looking to lead high-touch customer and client success work—translating stakeholder needs into clear next steps, scalable workflows, and measurable outcomes while partnering cross-functionally to improve engagement and experience quality.

I’m a Client Success and Customer Experience professional with a background in marketing strategy, project coordination, and relationship management across fashion, hospitality, media, and nonprofit/creative programs. I lead client-facing strategy and execution for brand experience campaigns—turning goals into structured project plans, workflows, deliverables, and success metrics while keeping communication and expectations clear.

Over the years, I’ve served as a strategic advisor and execution partner for long-term client accounts, building scalable campaign frameworks and actionable recommendations from customer behavior and cultural insight. I’ve also managed program delivery end-to-end (from studio buildout to participant engagement systems) and produced live experiences with strong community moderation—consistently improving clarity, accountability, and high-touch engagement.
