What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead social innovation and inclusion initiatives where I can combine project delivery, partnership development, team leadership, and data-informed decision-making.

At Europe Consulting SCS Onlus, I coordinate social inclusion, Housing First, social innovation, and digital training projects, managing budgets, planning, staff, partnerships, and reporting.

I've led initiatives including Help Different, a EUR 500k digital training project involving nine organisations and 200 learners, and iHome, the development of the Helpinet app for reporting people experiencing homelessness. As a Board member over the past four years, I've contributed during a period when the social enterprise grew from EUR 2.5 million to EUR 3.5 million in revenue and from 50 to 90 employees.

My work also includes national project support for ONDS and international coordination in Zambia, where I helped make a farm for 20 young people with disabilities self-sustaining within two years. I'm expanding my Business Intelligence skills to strengthen data-informed social impact work.
